Ok, so after having an amazing day yesterday-
I burnt off aaaall the calories I ate (except for the celebatory bowl of coco pops I had after)
So far today I’ve had a terrible day, and I’m not going to bother to tell you why, because there are no excuses, it’s up to me to do the right thing.
I’m going to work my ass off on the exercise bike tonight.
However, I did a health check on the embarrassing bodies website, and apparently my body % fat is 24, which is healthy, which is good I guess, but I want to get it down to 20, however, my BMI is apparently 25, which is like the boarder of ‘overweight’ what is this?!
